POPWARE – RTA PROTECTS ITS BRAND

Add to this “winner” of the CHA/ Progressive Housewares award for “Excellence in Homewares” and it immediately becomes clearer why RTA is so keen to protect these products and their brand from unscrupulous plagiarists!

“We know there were a lot of copy POPware products being offered at the recent Trade Fairs in the Far East,” says RTA’s CEO Carl Saunders, commenting on the enforcement of intellectual property in the US, Europe (the EU Patent having just been granted) and now Hong Kong.

“My advice to anyone thinking of buying any product that looks like a POPware product is to think twice and make sure it is not a copy!

Plagiarism is the scourge of innovative companys and it is our policy to vigorously enforce our intellectual property – we will take legal action if we find copies of the POPware range coming into the UK!”
